No Elevators Day is a free global initiative highlighting a simple way for busy people to add physical activity to their day: #UseTheStairs instead of the elevator or escalator.
No Elevator Pitch by prof. in Human Movement Sciences and prof. in Psychology. Students will walk the stairs with you for encouragement.
