No Elevators Day is a free global initiative highlighting a simple way for busy people to add physical activity to their day: #UseTheStairs instead of the elevator or escalator.
We will start some special 8- week workout routine, "Hot to the summer", on the 25th of April. We will prove, that we do not need any elevator.
