No Elevators Day is a free global initiative highlighting a simple way for busy people to add physical activity to their day: #UseTheStairs instead of the elevator or escalator.
Children aged 4 and 5 will spend time outdoors, play active sports, exercise and play mobile games. Before that, they will be active on the stairs in the kindergarten.
