No Elevators Day is a free global initiative highlighting a simple way for busy people to add physical activity to their day: #UseTheStairs instead of the elevator or escalator.
I decided to take the stairs today in honor of 'No Elevator Day' and let me tell you, my legs are definitely feeling the burn! If we stay still for a long period of time, it's natural that we'll experience some aches and pains in our bodies.
