April 24, 2024 is World no elevators day. The ZHAW School of Health Sciences invites all employees and students to participate and to use the stairs instead of the elevators on this day. Everyone on our University knows how important a healthy lifestyle is for physical and mental health. Every step counts! We are setting an example: We take the stairs instead of the elevator, do something good for ourselves and the energy balance. Push yourself, not the buttons!
