No Elevators Day is a free global initiative highlighting a simple way for busy people to add physical activity to their day: #UseTheStairs instead of the elevator or escalator.
No Elevators Day event will be organised at Dokuz Eylül University, Health Institute Balcova / Izmir . This Institute has 8+8 floors and 216 steps in each floor. The building has 800 workers and 1000 students. All workers and students both will be climb this floors in this event
