No Elevators Day is a free global initiative highlighting a simple way for busy people to add physical activity to their day: #UseTheStairs instead of the elevator or escalator.
It is planed to initiate a "No Elevators Day" in our hospital. We will promote physical activiy among the employees, our patients and the visitors.

All activities under the No Elevators Day title are voluntary and should take into consideration accessibility requirements for people with disabilities and medical conditions.
