No Elevators Day is a free global initiative highlighting a simple way for busy people to add physical activity to their day: #UseTheStairs instead of the elevator or escalator.
We will organise some public speaking programme for the awareness of physical activity and will make people's in offices,mallss etc etc to use stairs rather than lifts I have a cricket team who will work volunteerly for this event thanks
