A day where we promote using the stairs over using elevators to our staff and students. We want to highlight a simple way for busy people to add physical activity to their day: take the stairs instead of the elevators or escalators. For people to become aware of the health benefits while also reduce the amount of electricity they use.

No Elevators Day is an initiative of the International Sport and Culture Association (ISCA) as part of the NowWeMOVE Campaign.

All activities under the No Elevators Day title are voluntary and should take into consideration accessibility requirements for people with disabilities and medical conditions.
