To encourage people and to share the spirit of this day, on the 24th of April at 17.30, Plovdid will be lightened up with the opportunity to participate in physical activities at the very center of the city. The chosen place is the Kamenica stairs. The team of BG Be Active is going to make the city move! We are going to prepare some funny activities in which you will learn how to get fit using the stairs while, of course, having fun. The initiative aims to focus public attention on the importance of physical activity for the health and well-being of the population. The world today is a very busy place to live in and we want to demonstrate to citizens how easy it is to move and take action, despite their busy daily life. So we need your participation!! The more the merrier!!
