No Elevators Day is a free global initiative highlighting a simple way for busy people to add physical activity to their day: #UseTheStairs instead of the elevator or escalator.
The department of kinesiology of the University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez Campus with the Olympic Academy of Puerto Rico will hang up posters to get the students to move more and be healthier.
