No Elevators Day is a free global initiative highlighting a simple way for busy people to add physical activity to their day: #UseTheStairs instead of the elevator or escalator.
For one day, 24th April, everybody of the West University of Timisoara, students, professors and personnel will take the stairs instead of the elevator in order to promote an active lifestyle and a healthier and happier life.
