No Elevators Day is a free global initiative highlighting a simple way for busy people to add physical activity to their day: #UseTheStairs instead of the elevator or escalator.
4. annual celebration of No Elevators Day in the School of Foreign Languages at Mugla Sitki Kocman University. The aim is to raise awareness for active lifestyle and remind the teachers and the students of the importance of physical activity.
