No Elevators Day is a free global initiative highlighting a simple way for busy people to add physical activity to their day: #UseTheStairs instead of the elevator or escalator.
We will carry out physical activities such as climbing steps, we will pay for posters, we will design cartels, we will create slogans and we will carry out contests and collage
