We will promote physical activity through our challenge #EstuAroundTheWorld framed by the annual and national project called #TodosATokio of our NGO DES: https://www.educacondeporte.org/todos-a-tokio/. We would like to complete the challenge of achieving 40.000 kilometers (The perimiter of the Earth) giving 2 KM of each student who send us physical activities like: moving upstairs and downstairs (at least two floors), uploading tracks of GPS outdoor activities like (runnning, cycling, and so on) minimum 2 Km done or uploading timelapse videos of 45 minutes non-stop workouts (dancing, strenght, aerobic exercises). All of the families and teachers will get also involved!
