No Elevators Day is a free global initiative highlighting a simple way for busy people to add physical activity to their day: #UseTheStairs instead of the elevator or escalator.
On "No elevators day", the children will climb as many stairs as they can. We will dare them to walk 10000 steps at their homes. It will be fun and exciting to forget about the elevators for a day!
