No Elevators Day is a free global initiative highlighting a simple way for busy people to add physical activity to their day: #UseTheStairs instead of the elevator or escalator.
On NED we use stairs as a tool to exercise and we choose the building Eurocol Entrance 1, in Tirana to implement our No Elevators Day event in Albania.
We believe
