No Elevators Day is a free global initiative highlighting a simple way for busy people to add physical activity to their day: #UseTheStairs instead of the elevator or escalator.
On NED we use stairs as a tool to exercise and we choose the building Eurocol Entrance no. 2, in Tirana to implement our event in Albania.
