No Elevators Day is a free global initiative highlighting a simple way for busy people to add physical activity to their day: #UseTheStairs instead of the elevator or escalator.
Every class have a register with their names and they will pick every time they go up the stairs. The class that have the best register win. The stairs have in every step the name of a building, and the times they have to go up the stairs to get to the top of the building.
