No Elevators Day is a free global initiative highlighting a simple way for busy people to add physical activity to their day: #UseTheStairs instead of the elevator or escalator.
Life Coaching Organization, Lico intends to run a no elevators campaign for the whole month culminating on the 27th April 2022. Most activities will be in the city of Dar Es Salaam which boasts many high rising buildings in Tanzania.
