"Choose the stairs" was organized by the KINEZIS association as part of the No Elevators Day celebration. The goal is to reach as many people as possible through posters and motivating messages via social networks, web portals, but also live by pasting posters in stairwells and motivate them to use the stairs in their everyday life.

No Elevators Day is an initiative of the International Sport and Culture Association (ISCA) as part of the NowWeMOVE Campaign.

All activities under the No Elevators Day title are voluntary and should take into consideration accessibility requirements for people with disabilities and medical conditions.
