No Elevators Day is a free global initiative highlighting a simple way for busy people to add physical activity to their day: #UseTheStairs instead of the elevator or escalator.
Let's take a step together to draw attention to healthy living. By avoiding the use of elevators, we can provide better care for our bodies. All around Kötekli, Muğla, us -students of MSKU- are going to try make a change in our own lifes.
