No Elevators Day is a free global initiative highlighting a simple way for busy people to add physical activity to their day: #UseTheStairs instead of the elevator or escalator.
We will have a team of MMA professionals teaching techniques of mixed martial arts on Saturday in our gym in Athens! It is aimed at our Boxing and Kickboxing community of people on the move, to keep each other active while improving our knowledge on martial arts!
