No Elevators Day is a free global initiative highlighting a simple way for busy people to add physical activity to their day: #UseTheStairs instead of the elevator or escalator.
As technology develops, human beings also become lazy. We can choose short cuts even in places with only one or two steps. In this study, we have planned to encourage health and mobility step by step by using the stairs without using the elevator.
