Nutrition and Health-a-thon Elevator free days will have 2 days in a week set aside for employees to use the stairs instead of the elevator to improve their physical activities. this would run from mar - may in 2024 on twice a week.

No Elevators Day is an initiative of the International Sport and Culture Association (ISCA) as part of the NowWeMOVE Campaign.

All activities under the No Elevators Day title are voluntary and should take into consideration accessibility requirements for people with disabilities and medical conditions.
