No Elevators Day is a free global initiative highlighting a simple way for busy people to add physical activity to their day: #UseTheStairs instead of the elevator or escalator.
Towerrunning competition organized by 100 Floors Club by Malaysia Towerrunning Association. In conjunction with the No Elevators Day, we organize this event and to get more people to try towerrunning sport.
